恩施富硒茶叶中微量硒的原子荧光法测定

摘    要:对恩施富硒茶叶中微量硒的原子荧光法测定的各种条件进行研究.试验表明:选用微波消解法,硝酸-高氯酸消解法及艾斯卡烧结法均能将富硒茶叶中微量硒浸取出来,但以硝酸-高氯酸消解法最为简便,适用于日常例行分析.试验优化了原子荧光法测定微量硒的条件,其方法精密度和准确度符合微量分析要求,报出值用户十分满意.

Abstract:Different determination conditions of trace selenium in Se-rich tea were studied.The results of the experiment show that trace selenium can be leached out by microwave digestion method,HNO3-HCLO4 microwave digestion and Aisska sinter method.However,HNO3-HClO4 microwave digestion method is simplest and suitable in daily analysis.The determination conditions of trace selenium were optimized.The precision and accuracy meet the requirement of trace analysis and have achieved satisfactory results from the users.
