煤矿救生舱空调技术发展应用现状及热力学分析

摘    要:国内煤矿安全形式严峻,发展救生舱技术刻不容缓。救生舱为矿难受困人员提供避险场所。舱内空间封闭,人体代谢热湿负荷若不及时消除,将危及生命,必须配备空调系统保障生命安全。结合国内外救生舱技术最新应用现状,对比分析分体式空调、液化气相变、压缩空气和冰蓄冷等空调方式,对未来发展方向做出展望。

Abstract:Domestic coal mine safety form is severe and it is urgently needed to develop rescue capsule.Rescue capsules provide hedge places for trapped workers.Because of the closed cabin space,it will endanger life if not promptly removed metabolic heat and moisture load from the body.So it must be equipped with air-conditioning system to protect life safety.Combining with the latest home and abroad application status of rescue capsule technology,comparably analyzing air-conditioning mode of split-type air conditioner,liquid-gas phase transition,compressed air and ice storage,etc,the future direction of this technology is prospected.
