救生舱热防护性能研究

摘    要:研究了救生舱的结构特征和热量传递的基本方式,针对救生舱隔热性能进行了实验研究。根据军用方舱总传热系数的测试标准,采用实验方法测定救生舱的总体传热系数。在救生舱内进行了真人实验,并根据测定的总体传热系数计算救生舱内产热的热负荷。定量研究了救生舱工作过程中,外界传热和舱内产热的规律,提出了救生舱热防护性能的研究方法。对于研究和开发救生舱制冷系统,调节舱内温度环境具有指导意义。

Abstract:In this paper we have a discussion on structure characteristic and heat transference of the refuge chamber. Heat-insulating property of the refuge chamber is studied in this paper. According to the testing standard of of Military Big Board Square Cabin,the overall coefficient heat transfer of chamber was measured. A humans-test is performed to measure the heat load of the chamber. Having the quantitative study on the heat transference from both out and in. A research method of heat protection performance of refuge chamber is presented. These results have directive significance for the study of refrigeration system for refuge chambers.
