摘    要:为了有效降低综放工作面粉尘浓度及温度,设计了混合式注水方式,即在动压区采用静压注水,静压区采用动压注水,并根据东滩煤矿1305综放工作面的煤层状况,进行了注水钻孔布置、设备选型、现场煤层注水试验及注水效果测定。试验结果表明,煤层含水率较注水前平均增加了1.6%,工作面煤体湿润半径约为7.3 m;落煤、移架处的降尘率平均达到了70%左右;注水后工作面温度平均降低1.1℃,混合式注水技术有效地湿润了煤体,取得了良好的的防尘、降温效果。

Abstract:In order to reduce the dust concentration and the temperature of the fully-mechanized face,the hybrid water injection,namely using static pressure water infusion in dynamic pressure area and dynamic pressure water infusion in static pressure area,was designed.According to the condition of the fully-mechanized caving face in Dongtan Coal Mine,layout of drill holes was ensured,equipments were selected,and field application was carried out.The results show that the moisture content of the coal inreases 1.6% averagely,and the wetted radius of the coal is 7.3 m;the average dedusting rate at the coal drop and moving support positions is about 70% averagely;the temperature in the working face reduces 1.1 ℃,which indicates that the hybrid water injection wets the coal effectively,and achieves good dedusting and cooling effects.
