煤矿CO2防灭火技术研究进展

摘    要:CO2因其良好的惰化效果在煤矿防灭火中得到广泛应用,煤矿CO2防灭火技术是将气态、液态或固态CO2输运至井下发火区域的上风侧,依靠风流流动将CO2带入发火区域进行窒息防灭火。通过回顾国内外研究进展,对煤矿利用CO2进行井下防灭火的关键技术进行总结;从CO2防灭火工艺、惰化机理、降温效果以及CO2在采空区内的流动规律与分布规律等方面介绍领域内的主要研究进展;重点分析CO2防灭火工艺及其特点,并结合目前存在的问题探讨CO2防灭火未来可能的发展方向;最后对CO2防灭火技术的研究方向和发展趋势进行归纳和展望。

Abstract:CO2 is widely used in coal mine fire prevention and extinguishing based on its property of good inerting effect. Coal mine CO2 fire prevention technology is to transport gaseous, liquid or solid CO2 to the upwind side of the underground fire area.CO2 relies on wind flow to bring it into the fire area for suffocation prevention and firefighting. By reviewing the research progress at home and abroad, the article summarizes the key technologies of coal mines using CO2 for underground fire prevention and extinguishing, which introduces the main research progress in the field from the aspects of CO2 fire prevention and extinguishing technology, inerting mechanism, cooling effect, and the flow and distribution of CO2 in the goaf. The article focuses on the analysis of CO2 fire-fighting technology and its characteristics, and discusses the possible future development direction of CO2 fire-fighting combined with the existing problems. Finally, the article summarizes and prospects the research direction and development trend of CO2 fire-fighting technology.
