摘    要:针对东滩煤矿原有的主井装载电控系统的软、硬件问题,采用S7-300PLC作为装载系统地面的主控,采用分布式I/O设备ET200M负责井底装载设备的现场数据采集与控制,主控PLC与ET200M之间通过PROFIBUS总线进行数据交换,并采用WinCC组态技术实现了将装载系统监控界面集成到提升系统的监控界面中。

Abstract:Aiming at hardware and software problems of electric control system in original main shaft loading equipment of Dongtan coal mine.Using S7-300PLC as the main control of loading system ground and taking distributed I/O equipment ET 200M to gather and control field data of bottom loading equipment,the data interchange between main control PLC and ET200M is achieved by PROFIBUS bus.Loading system monitoring interface is integrated to the monitoring interface of lifting system by using WinCC configuration technology.
