“两硬”条件下极近距离煤层开采技术

摘    要:运用弹塑性理论和滑移线场理论,推导出极近距煤层间距计算判据公式。确定了极近距下部煤层顶板的分类与工作面载荷计算方法,提出了"两硬"条件下极近距煤层工作面顶板的分类指标,分为夹石假顶、碎裂顶板和块裂顶板3类。根据矿区两硬极近距离条件下上部煤层顶板岩层垮落特点,将工作面采空区顶板垮落分为充分垮落顶板和非充分垮落顶板2类,并分别推导出其载荷强度,为确定下部煤层开采时上覆载荷提供计算方法。

Abstract:The paper deduces the formula of calculation criteria about extremely close distance coal seam by using elastic-plastic theory and the theory of slide line fields,determines the roof classification of the extremely close distance lower coal seam,and proposes the roof classification indexes of two hard condition very close coal seam face,the roof is divided into clip stone false top,cataclastic and block fractured roof three types.According to the characteristics of roof strata collapse of the upper coal seam under the condition of two hard and extremely close distance,the paper devides the roof collapse of the goaf of working face into full collapsed and non-fully collapsed,and deduces the load trength separately,which provides calculation method to ensure the overlying load when mine the underlying seam.
