摘    要:柿竹园钨铋钼萤石复杂多金属矿矿物种类多,共生关系密切,属难选矿石,选矿工艺技术是制约该基地矿产资源有效开发利用的瓶颈。十年的科技攻关研制成功的以主干全浮流程为基础、以螯合捕收剂为核心的综合选矿新技术--柿竹园法,很好地解决了该矿石的选矿技术难题,并成功地应用于工业生产。

Shizhuyuan Method--A New Technology for Comprehensive Processing of the Complex Multi-metal Ore Containing W,Bi,Mo and Fluorite
Abstract:The multi-metal ore of Shizhuyuan contains several valuable components such as tungsten, bismuth, molybdenum and fluorite and is very difficult to process due to its complex ore texture and mineral intergrowth.A suitable mineral processing technology is the key to utilize mineral resource of this deposit effectively .After R&D efforts often years, a new processing technology, the Shizhuyuan Method, is developed with flotation as the backbone flowsheet and with chelate collector as the core of the flotation reagent regime.This method solves the difficult task of processing this complex ore and has been applied to the industrial production successfully.
