密实移动床—流化床离子交换除钼技术在工业上的应用

摘    要:报道了密实移动床-流化床离子交换除钼技术二年来在工厂实际应用的情况,数据表明,该技术除钼率一般在99%以上,处理钼浓度高达1.4g/L的料液,产品APT中的钼含量也能稳定控制在0.0018%以下,且操作方便,树脂复用性能好,试剂消耗小除,除钼过程钨的损失率少于0.5%,对环境污染少。实践证明,该技术是一种经济的深度除钼工艺。

Abstract:The technology of removing molybdenum in packed moving bed by fluid bed ion-exchange has been applied in industry.The data show that the efficiency of removing molybdenum is above 99%,and the molybdenum content in APT is steadily controlled below 0.0018%,treating the feed liquor of containing molybdenum 1.4g/L.The technology is simple and convenient in operation, good in resin reusability and low in reagent consumption.The loss of tungsten is less than 0.5%.The technology has been proved to be an economic and efficient process for removing Mo.
