摘    要:比较了不同退火温度对冷轧镜面钨片和普通温轧钨片显微组织、硬度和弯曲性能的影响。结果表明:δ0.3 mm、δ0.2 mm冷轧镜面钨片加工组织均匀性差于普通钨片;两种工艺的δ0.1 mm钨片显微组织基本一致。δ0.3 mm冷轧镜面钨片性能明显差于普通钨片;δ0.2 mm冷轧镜面钨片性能略差于普通钨片,δ0.1 mm冷轧钨片性能优于普通钨片。

Abstract:This article studies the effects of different annealing temperatures on the microstructures, hardness and bending properties of cold rolling mirror tungsten sheet and warm rolling tungsten sheet. The results show that the processing structure homogeneity of 80.3 mm and 80.2 mm cold rolling mirror tungsten sheet is lower than the common tungsten sheet. The microstructure of two different processing of δ0.1 mm tungsten sheet are almost the same. The property of δ0.3 mm cold rolling mirror tungsten sheet is obviously more unsatisfactory than the common tungsten sheet. While the property of δ0.2 mm is slightly worse than the common one and that of δ0.1 mm is better than the common one.
