人为因素对矿山安全影响关系的灰色关联分析

摘    要:基于灰色系统理论,建立了以安全综合评价得分为参考数列,以5种不同人为因素得分为比较数列的灰色关联分析体系。通过对构造的不同数据列的无量纲化处理,求取差序列,计算灰色关联系数,得到了不同人为因素对矿山安全影响的灰色关联度。结果表明,矿山职工素质和违反规程对各矿井安全影响最明显,为矿山企业管理者加强安全管理提供了理论和技术支持。

Abstract:On the basis of grey system theory,the grey relational analysis system is set up,in which the scores of the synthetical assessment of safety is referred as data array and the scores of 5 kinds of human factors are taken as comparison data array.Through non-dimensional treatment of different data to give sequence in different form and grey correlation coefficient,the grey relation of the impact of the different human factors on mine safety is obtained.It indicates that the workers' quality and the workers' deregulation seriously affect the mine safety.Certainly the result is useful for the mine administration to strengthen the safety management both in theoretical and technological points.
