锆钛砂矿中稀土的综合回收研究

摘    要:研究了锆、钛砂矿的矿石工艺矿物学特征,根据矿石性质,确定了独居石选别工艺流程,并采用一次一因素析因试验、正交试验及工业试验进行了Φ576干比强磁场双盘磁选机、DSG-6高压双辊电选机和6-S摇床的最佳操作条件,获得了品位为(REO+ThO2)64.78%,回收率为80.56%的独居石精矿。

Abstract:The mineragical characters of ZrTi placer deposit were researched, the mineral processing flow chart of monazite was defined by these characters. The optimium operation conditions of 576 dry highintensity double disc separator, DSG6 hightension two rolls separator and 6S shaking table were elected by one time one factor tests, multiple factors alignment tests and industrial tests. The monazite concentrate was obtained, which contains REO and ThO2 for 64.78%, the recovery was 80.56%.
