摘    要:采用不同工艺制备了载银磷酸钙和载银碳酸钙粉末 ,通过大肠杆菌培养实验 (抑菌环法 )比较了银离子存在形式对抑菌性能的影响 ,证实了银离子释放是灭菌的关键。

Abstract:Silver can be used as a kind of inorganic antimicrobial materials. Silver was added into the calcium phosphate powder and calcium carbonate powder by mixing method when Ca 3(PO 4) 2 and CaCO 3 were synthesized or by dipping procedure after Ca 3(PO 4) 2 and CaCO 3 were synthesized. Based on the "halo" method, the culture experiments of E. coli , the bacteriostatic action of the prepared materials was compared. The experimental results show that the antimicrobial activity is attributed to existing form of silver and depends mainly on the diffusion of silver ion.
