固体酸化焙烧-水浸提铟的研究

摘    要:对含铟废渣进行了固体酸化焙烧-水浸提铟的条件试验。考察了焙烧温度,焙烧时间,固体酸用量,浸出液固比等对铟废渣中铟浸出率的影响。焙烧温度,固体酸用量对铟浸出率有显著影响,其它条件影响不大。

Abstract:The solid acid calcination of sludge containing indium and the leaching of indium with water were investigated. The influence of temperature, reaction time, amount of solid acid, the ratio of liquid to solid on the leaching of In was studied. It is shown that temperature and amount of solid acid have obvious influence on the leaching of In. The weight ratio of sludge to solid acid is 12. Calcination time is 2 h. The ratio of liquid to solid is 41. Leaching time is 1.5 h. The leaching rate of In is more than 93%.
