离子交换膜燃料电池铂碳复合电极材料塔菲尔常数测试分析

摘    要:利用极化曲线测试法分析了不同碳材料和不同方法制备的铂碳复合电极的塔菲尔常数。不同碳材料制备的铂碳复合电极塔菲尔常数值呈现出一定的差别,并且按碳材料的一定排列次序,铂碳复合电极的塔菲尔常数a值和b值都呈现出了规律性的递减,其中a值递减相对较大;另外,不同方法制备的铂碳复合电极塔菲尔常数也呈现出了较大的差别,其中离子溅射法制备的铂碳复合电极塔菲尔常数值明显低于吸附还原法和电镀法制备的铂碳复合电极。同时

Abstract:With the method of the polarization curves test,the Tafer constants of the platinum carbon composite electrodes made by different carbon materials and different preparation were tested. The results show that there are evidently different among the Tafer constants of the electrodes made by different carbon materials,and in certain order of carbon materials, both the Tafer constant a and Tafer constants b are degression in the same direction, and the degression of the Tafer constant a appears obviously. The results also show that there are the effects of composite electrode materials preparation methods on the Tafer constants, the constants of the composite electrode materials made by ion sputter method is distinctly lower than that of the composite electrode materials made by adsorption deacidize method and electroplate method. The effects of the platinum content of composite electrode material on the Tafer constants were also investigated. And the results show that the repel polarization of the composite electrode is boost up with the increase of platinum content in the composite materials.
