急冷铝基钎料箔表面特征研究

摘    要:通过金相显微镜和扫描电镜对急冷铝基纤料箔两个表面的观察分析表明,急冷钎料箔正面和自由面的微观特征明显不同。纤料箔正面具有周期性分布的波浪形气痕、纵向的撕裂沟痕和模体沟痕;而自由面上具有周期性分布的箭头状气痕、圆形气坑、纵向摩擦沟痕、随机分布的山丘状隆起和弥散分布的圆形小凸起等现象,本研究分析了这些现象的成因并提出了相应的解决办法,为制备表面质量较高的急冷铝基钎料箔提供依据。

Abstract:The surface micromorphology of rapid solidified aluminium base solder strips was observed using optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. Results show that the micromorphological characteristics of the front surface (chill surface) are apparently different from that of the free surface. Wave shape gas marks, longitudinally lacerated flutes and mould marks are periodically distributed on the front surface, while on the free surface, there periodically existed arrow like gas marks, round gas pots, longitudinally frictionated scratches, randomly distributed mountain shape and finely dispersed bulges. The origination of these phenomena and the corresponding solutions to these defects are put foward and analyzed in this paper. Results of this paper provided foundations in manufacturing rapidly solidified aluminium base solder strip with good surfacial quality.
