稀土元素掺杂改性纳米TiO2光催化性能

摘    要:详细评述了稀土元素掺杂改性TiO2的制备方法(溶胶.凝胶法、沉淀法、浸渍法等)、表征技术(XRD,XPS,TEM,UV-VIS,BET等)及其光催化性能。同时,从稀土离子的价态、半径及其吸收谱带的波长和范围以及稀土元素掺杂量四个方面分析了稀土元素掺杂改性TiO2的机制。最后,提出了稀土与非金属复合掺杂改性TiO2是今后的一个重要研究方向,并存在巨大的研究空间。

Abstract:The preparation methods(Sol-Gel,precipitation,impregnation,etc.),characterization technologies(XRD,XPS,TEM,UV-VIS,BET,etc.) and photocatalytic performance of rare earth elements doping and modifing TiO_2 were introduced systematically.In the meantime,the mechanism of rare earth elements doping and modifing TiO_2 were analyzed from four aspects,i.e.value,radius,absorptance spectrum wavelength and range of rare earth ions and the amount of dopant.Finally,the codoping(rare earth and nonmatallic element) method of modifing TiO_2 was proposed,which is regarded as an important research direction and exists an enormous research space in the future.
