机械合金化制备Fe-Si-Al软磁合金的研究

摘    要:采用机械合金化制备Fe85-Si9. 5-Al5. 5合金粉末, 利用金相仪、激光粒度分析仪、 SEM和XRD研究了球磨时间及烧结工艺对Fe-Si-Al合金断裂形貌、微观组织及力学性能的影响. 试验结果表明, 将球磨10 h的复合粉末冷压成形后, 烧结温度为1350 ℃, 保温2 h, 可获得综合性能最佳的Fe-Si-Al合金, 致密度达99.6%、抗弯强度为801 MPa, 硬度为65.68HRA.

Abstract:Alloy powder of Fe85-Si9. 5-Al5. 5 was prepared by mechanical alloying. Effect of different milling time and sintering process on fracture, microstructure and mechanical property was analyzed by metallograph, laser particle analyzer, XRD and SEM. The results showed that Fe85-Si9. 5-Al5. 5 alloy had the best comprehensive properties after the composite powder was milled for 10 h and sintered at 1350 ℃ for 2 h. The relative density, bending strength and hardness of the sample reached 99. 6%, 801 MPa and 65. 68HRA respectively.
