| 摘 要： | 主要根据使用中闸阀阀板上铜螺母短时间内迅速失效的情况,结合阀门的工作状况、结构形式,分析了铜螺母失效的原因,并根据现场实际的工况,从阀门密封面的结构和铜螺母的结构形式上提出了改进的方法,从而延长铜螺母的使用寿命。

| Abstract: | A copper nut on a valve plate of the gate valve ceased to be in force in a short time. Based on work state and structure of the gate valve, invalid causes of the copper nut were analyzed. In terms of the operating conditions, the improvement method was given according to structure of sealing surface of the valve and structure of the copper nut, so that service life of the nut could be prolonged. |
