摘    要:抚顺新钢铁共有5座高炉,2座580m3,2座450m3,1座420m3,每一座高炉都有一条热风管道,每一条热风管道均有两个高炉热风温度测温点,现在高炉热风温度是用铂铑10-铂热电偶测温,但测温电偶消耗大,成本高,可以改用红外测温技术进行测量,红外测温技术在质量控制和监测、设备在线故障诊断、安全保护以及节约能源等方面发挥了重要作用。

Abstract:Fushun New Steel has two 580 m3, two 450 m3 and one 420 m3 blast furnaces, each of them has a hot air pipe with two hot blast temperature measuring points. 10-platinum platinum-rhodium thermocouple temperature measurement method has been used in the hot blast temperature measurement, with high thermocouple consumption and high cost., but it can now be replaced by infrared temperature measurement technology, which plays an important role in on-line quality control and monitoring, equipment defect diagnosis, safety protection and energy saving, etc.
