摘    要:通过修改液压阀的流量和压力性能曲线,分别单独调节两个比例阀的输入电压信号,从液压系统角度出发解决了某平整机组采用了步进梁设备故障率和备件维护费用居高不下的问题。

Abstract:Flow rate and pressure performance curve of hydraulic valve were modified and input voltage signals of two proportional valves were regulated separately.It solved walk-ing beam fault of a leveling machine and the problem of high spare part maintenance cost through improving the hydraulic system.
