| 摘 要： | 通过油气润滑技术在马钢第三钢轧总厂六流1#方坯连铸机上的应用,降低了设备的维护和检修费用,大幅度降低耗油量,提高了设备的使用寿命,同时通过与连铸机主PLC控制系统的连接,实现了运行参数在HMI上的实时监控与故障信息报警显示。

| Abstract: | The oil and gas lubrication technology was used in No.1 six-strand continuous billet caster of No.3 Steelmaking & Rolling Plant,Maashan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.It reduced maintenance and repairing costs of the continuous billet caster,greatly decreased oil consumption and increased service life of the continuous billet caster.The connection of main PLC control system of the continuous billet caster realized real-time monitoring of operation parameters in HMI and alarm display of failure information. |
