摘    要:采用OOF法 (晶体取向分布函数法 )以及TEM技术研究和分析了不同冷轧润滑条件下高纯铝的变形织构及组织 ,结果表明 :大冷轧变形程度下 ,采用机油润滑 ,冷轧织构为典型的面心立方金属轧制织构 ,即由强的B -、Cu及S -织构组分构成 ,而且取向分布的密度峰值处在S -取向位置 ;冷轧箔组织结构均匀 ,没有观察到剪切带和立方取向亚晶。煤油润滑时轧制织构相对较弱 ,而且产生了明显的 { 0 0 1}〈110〉剪切织构 ;煤油润滑冷轧箔中发现有剪切带以及立方取向亚晶。

Abstract:The deformation texture and microstructure in high purity aluminum foils which were cold rolled with different lubricants were investigated in details by orientation distribution functions(ODF S)and transmission electron microscope(TEM)technique.The results showed that the foil cold rolled with machine oil lubrication had developed the typical rolling textures of fcc metals,which consists of three main components B-,Cu-and S- component,and the maximum peak of the orientation density f(g)trended towards S Position. With kerosene lubricant,the rolling textures were weakened,the{001}<110>shear texture was formed and simultaneously the inhomogeneity-shear bands in which cubic orientation structures existed were found and cube orientation sub-grains in the cold rolling foils were obtained.Whereas under machine oil lubrication condition no shear bands and cube deformed structure were found.
