钛合金板材轧制力及轧制力矩计算

摘    要:通过选择合适的板材轧制力计算公式,制定了三个不同的工艺方案,从理论上较为准确的得出了利用轧机热轧TC4钛合金板的轧制力和轧制力矩,旨在为Φ760轧机技术改造提供数据,并用于TC4合金实际热加工过程工艺参数的制定、优化及负荷计算、设备校核等。

Abstract:The rolling force and rolling torque of TC4 plate onφ760 hot rolling mill were calculated theoretically accurately by choosing appropriate rolling force formula of plate.These data can be used for the technological reconstruction ofφ760 hot rolling mill and can be used for the design and optimization of process parameters and the load calculation and equipment check of TC4 alloy.
