镍红土矿浸出液沉镍实验研究

摘    要:对镍红土矿浸出液沉镍工艺进行了研究.实验主要考察了NaOH加入量、沉淀时间、沉淀温度等因素对沉镍效果的影响.研究结果表明,往浸出液中加入50 mL浓度为5%的NaOH水溶液,控制反应温度在60℃,沉镍1h,镍沉淀率可达99.7%以上,沉淀物镍渣中含镍率可达25%以上,含镁率在10%左右.

Abstract:The process of precipitating nickel from the leach liquor of nickel laterites was investigated. The influence of the amount of NaOH, precipitating temperature and precipitating time on the effect of precipitating nickel were studied experimentally. The results showed that under the conditions of 50 mL NaOH of 5% mass concentration, precipitating temperature 60℃ and precipitating time 1 h, the precipitation rate of nickel attained above 99. 7%, nickel content reached to 25% and magnesium content was about 10%.
