| 摘 要： | 通过对烧结机头部星轮的链轮筒体加工成型过程的论述、分析,重点论述了利用沈阳冶金机械有限公司组合车床车制链轮筒体的过程.在保证产品质量的前提下,采用特殊工艺方法,利用工装治具将产品工件及设备有机结合,解决了在组合机床上加工螺纹的难题,提高设备利用率,大大提高生产效率.

| Abstract: | The paper analysed and discussed the machine-shaping process of sintering machine forehead spider chain wheel cylinder, mainly discussed the manufacturing process of chain pulley cylinder using our company combined lathe. On the premise of guaranteing product quality, using the special technique method, combined the production workpiece and the equipment by technics furnishment clamp, solved the difficult problem of process screw thread using combined lathe, increased the equipment utilization ratio and producing efficiency. |
