摘    要:红透山矿业有限公司铜锌矿现有充填系统始建于20世纪80年代末,以卧式砂仓为主要设施的“多物料综合制备”充填系统。在尾砂的充填利用率、充填料质量控制、充填料输送工艺等环节,存在诸多问题,难以适应当前安全生产的需要。同时,随着采深增加和开采范围的扩大,也难以维持矿山后续的正常充填生产作业。充填系统迫切需要进行技术升级改造。通过开展试验研究,融合先进的自动控制技术,对充填过程、关键参数实现可控调节,有效提高充填体质量;优化充填系统网络,实现充填全覆盖,为高效开采提供安全保障,满足矿山目前和今后深部充填开采的需求。

Abstract:The existing filling system of the copper-zinc mine of Hongtoushan Mining Co.,Ltd.was built in the late 1980s,with a horizontal sand silo as the main facility"multi-material comprehensive preparation"filling system.There are many problems in the tailings packing utilization rate,packing quality control,packing conveying technology and other links,and it is difficult to adapt to the current safety production needs.At the same time,with the increase in mining depth and the expansion of the mining area,it is difficult to maintain the normal subsequent filling and production operations of the mine.The filling system is in urgent need of technological upgrading.By carrying out experimental research and integrating advanced automatic control technology,the filling process and key parameters can be controlled and adjusted to effectively improve the quality of the filling body;the filling system network is optimized to achieve full filling coverage,providing safety guarantees for efficient mining,and meeting the demand for deep filling and mining at present and in the future.
