助磨剂作用机理的研究及发展趋势

摘    要:在磨矿过程中添加适量的助磨剂能够降低磨矿能耗、改善磨矿效果。研究助磨剂的作用机理,对助磨剂的选择和应用具有重要意义。本文从降低矿石硬度、改善矿浆的分散作用以及降低矿浆粘度几个方面简要概述了助磨剂的作用机理,指出了其研究趋势。

Abstract:Adding right amount of grinding aids during the grinding process can reduce energy consumption and improve grinding efficiency.The research on the mechanism of grinding aids is helpful to the selection and application of grinding aids.This article has outlined the grinding aids action mechanism briefly from reducing the ore hardness,improving the pulp of the dispersion and reducing the slurry viscosity,and it also points the reaserch trend at the end.
