Select the Strategic Reserve Variety of Superiority Mineral Resources in Hunan

The mineral resources in Hunan Province is relatively rich, many mineral reserves keep a large proportion of the country or evev of the world, however, with China＇s rapid economic development, minerals and related energy and raw materials demand increase rapidly, which has led to the imbalance between supply and demand, and the increasing gap between supply and demand. According to the forecast the next 10 -20 years, many superiority mineral resources in Hunan will lose their dominant position, therefore, set up the superiority mineral resources protection and reserve mechanism is imminent. The first question needs to be solved of setting up the strategic reserves of mineral resources is to choose superiority mineral resources which need reserve. Much study on mineral resources strategic reserves before is just pay attention to the scarce resources, but little to the superiority mineral resources. The authors hope that it must be pay attention to the study on the strategic reserve of superiority mineral resources in Hunan province.
