摘    要:采用摇床分选含钒石煤,棒磨优于球磨,适宜的参数为磨矿细度-0.074mm占85.18%,床面横向倾角1.83°,冲洗水量242L/h。在试验条件下,获得V2O5品位为1.11%摇床精矿,回收率为77.43%。但尾矿中V2O5品位偏高,不能直接抛尾。采用胺类药剂Z-2为捕收剂、硫酸铝为抑制剂对摇床尾矿进行浮选,经摇床重选一浮选联合流程处理,可抛除26.07%的尾矿,尾矿中V2O5品位降低至0.24%,钒损失率仅7.44%。该方法选矿成本低,金属损失率低,可大幅度减少进入浸出工序物料量,有利于降低生产成本。

Abstract:Effects of key factors such as grinding mode, grinding fineness, lateral angle and quantity of flushing water on separation efficiency of shaking table were investigated. The results indicated that rod mill is more advantageous than ball--mill, and the suitable parameters are as follow, grinding fineness is --0. 074mm accounts for 85.18%, lateral angle is 1.83 degree, quantity of flushing water is 242 L/h. Un- der the optimum conditions, a concentrate with V2O5 grade of 1.11% and recovery of 77. 43% can be ob- tained. Using amine reagent Z--2 as collector, aluminum sulfate as depressant, flotation experiments for shaking table tailing were carried out. With shaking table gravity separation--flotation process, 26.07% tailing can be discarded. V2O5 grade in the tailing was only 0.24%, and loss rate of vanadium was only 7.44%. The technology has many advantages such as low cost, low metal loss rate, and it can reduce the ore amount needing to be leached, which is beneficial to keep the costs down.
