高炉冷却壁和炉衬的三维传热模型

摘    要:本文给出了计算高炉冷却壁和炉衬温度分布的三维稳态传热模型,该模型可用于分析冷却壁不同结构参数(厚度、水管直径、管间距、镶砖厚度和面积等),和不同材料等因素对温度分布和热流密度的影响,它可为冷却壁的设计和炉衬材料的选择提供重要的理论依据。

Abstract:The paper describes a three dimensional heat transfer model which can determine the steady state temperature distribution in the stave and lining of blast furnace. This model can be utilized to analyze the influence of various structural parameters of stave(thickness,diameter of water pipe,as well as thickness and area of cast-in brick),and different materials of both stave and lining on temperature distribution and heat flux. It provides important theoretical basis for designing stave and selecting lining materials.
