鞍钢含铁尘泥再资源化研究与实践

摘    要:以含铁尘泥中的碳作为还原剂,配制成具有自还原特性的尘泥团块,利用钢厂现有生产工艺和设备使其中的铁氧化物及锌氧化物实现自还原回收而不影响钢铁冶炼生产。开发了利用转炉热环境、兑铁后铁水罐的余热和高炉铁水的物理热处理含铁尘泥工艺技术及其配套的含铁尘泥团块制造技术,实现了高炉后短流程循环处理含锌尘泥或高铁低杂质尘泥及烧结-高炉系统处理低锌低品质含铁尘泥多种途径的综合处理技术。在不引起高炉锌富集的前提下,实现了含铁尘泥的高效综合利用。

Abstract:The cake of dust and mud containing iron has the properties of self-reduction.On basis of the existing equipment in Ansteel,in order to recycle the ferric and zinc oxide without affecting the steelmaking process,a new technology was developed with heat environment in converter,surplus heat in molten iron pot after and physics heat of molten iron.The technology can make full use of dust and mud containing zinc and dust and iron in short flow after BF,and reusing low zinc and iron dust and mud in sintering-BF system.These technology implement high efficiency integrated reusing of dust and mud containing iron,without making zinc enrichment in BF.
