| 摘 要： | 针对不锈钢冶金特性和最终用途特点设计了板坯连铸工艺装备和工艺参数,在热调试和生产过程中不断调整连铸工艺,目的在于改善板坯表面质量.目前,以304钢种为代表的板坯修磨率达到了样板厂水平,板坯表面质量达到了设计要求,工艺设计被证明是合理的.

| Abstract: | The slab caster and technology were designed based on metallurgical properties and final applications of stainless steel. The technology was modified during hot commissioning and mass production. Recently, it has been proven that the casting technology is advanced because the slab grinding ratio of grade 304 is on the same level at the reference plant. |
