高碳钢盘条断面收缩率时效机理分析

摘    要:大规格高碳钢盘条自然放置几天以后 ,其断面收缩率有明显提高 ,通过对 H 82 B盘条进行化学成分、金相、力学性能和拉伸断口的分析研究 ,探明了时效前后力学性能变化的原因及规律。盘条断面收缩率随时效时间升高的主要原因是由于氢逃逸作用的结果 ,而残余应力和其他元素对大规格高碳钢盘条的时效现象没有明显的影响。

Abstract:Afterrolling and natural ageing for a few days,t he mechanical properties (area reduction) for large-high carbon steel wire rods change greatly. An analysis based on chemical, metallographic, mechanical prop e rty and fracture tests for H82B steel wire rods demonstrated the reason of chang e of mechanical properties under ageing process: the apparent increase of the ar ea r eduction with ageing time is caused by diffusion and escape of hydrogen. The re sidual stress and other elements have no obvious influence on ageing.
