钢铁企业绿色转型的影响因素及其路径

激烈的市场竞争、严格的环保要求以及在产能过剩的背景下，绿色转型成为钢铁企业面临的重要现实问题。在通过文献系统梳理对绿色转型、绿色经济、绿色发展和绿色增长等概念进行区分的基础上，诠释了绿色转型的内涵。结合以往的研究以及对钢铁企业的访谈，从环境政策、绿色技术、市场需求、企业自身的资源条件和绿色意识等方面剖析影响钢铁企业绿色转型的动力和阻力因素。从政策的引导与扶持、加强对信息技术的使用、实施产学研协同创新以及延伸产业链等4个方面给出了钢铁企业绿色转型的路径选择建议和对策。

Antecedent factors of iron and steel enterprises' green transition and its transition paths

Under the background of fierce market competition,strict environmental requirements,and serious oversup-ply of steel production capacity,green transition has become an important issue faced by iron and steel enterprises. On the basis of the distinction of green transition,green economy,green development and green growth by the documenta-tion system,this study defines the connotation of green transition. Then,based on the analysis of current status and chal-lenges faced by the green transformation of iron and steel enterprises and some interviews from iron and steel enterpris-es,from the perspectives of environmental policy,green technology,demand of markets,enterprises own resources and green operations,this study analyzes the drivers and barriers affecting the green transition of steel and iron companies. Fi-nally,in order to conduct green transition successfully,this paper put forward a series of strategies that government should pay attention to policy guidance and support,and iron and steel enterprises should strengthen the use of informa-tion technology,implement collaborative innovation and extend the industrial chain.
