高强度冷镦钢热机轧制工艺模拟试验研究

摘    要:通过对35CrMo钢热模拟试验,研究高强度冷镦钢线材热机轧制工艺。试验表明,高强度冷镦钢经过热机轧制,可以避免形成马氏体和粒状贝氏体,提高铁素体含量12%~16%,因而材料被显著地软化。热机轧制可以促使珠光体直接球化;随热机轧制变形量增大,得到的铁素体晶粒越细,粒状珠光体的数量越多。

Abstract:The thermo-mechanical processes of 35CrMo steel by thermo-mechanical simulation was studied. Comparing with conventional rolled wire rod, the product given by thermo-mechanical processes is much soft because no bainite and martensite is formed and more ferrite is refined. The pearlite spheroidization can be accelerated by using the processes. The rate of spheroidized pearlite is relation to the total value of deformation. The more deformation, the finer ferrite grain size and more spheroidized pearlite is.
