Al2O3在钒钛烧结矿中的行为研究

摘    要:针对攀钢钒钛烧结矿Al2O3含量高的情况,在实验室对Al2O3在钒钛烧结矿中的行为进行了试验研究,结果表明,Al2O3含量增加对钒钛烧结矿的产量,质量有不利影响,钒钛烧结矿中的Al2O3主要以固溶体形式贮存于除钙钛矿外的其他矿物相,它对烧结矿的矿物组成和结构有较大的影响。

Abstract:Due to high Al_2O_3 content in V-Ti magnetite sinter at Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Co..The behavior of Al_2O_3 in such sinter was studied in laboratory.The experiment results showed that high Al_2O_3 content has negative influence on productivity and quality of sinter,Al_2O_3 in sinter is mainly observed in the form of solid solution with other minerals except perovskite phase.The influence of Al_2O_3 content on mineral composition and structure of sinter is great.
