摘    要:利用热模拟试验机对高强度船板的静态再结晶和动态转变行为进行了研究,分析了主要工艺参数对钢板组织性能的影响,开发出一系列TMCP型高强度船板。这种船板平均组织晶粒度可达到11~13级,具有优良的低温冲击韧性和焊接性能。

Abstract:By using thermal simulation machine,the static recrystallization and dynamic continuous cooling transformation of higher-strength hull structural steel were studied,and the main process factors which influence the structure and properties of plate were analyzed.High strength ship structural steel has good low temperature impact toughness and welded properties,and the average grain size of the plate can reach ASTM No.11-13 grade.
