钢中残余元素及其对钢性能的影响

摘    要:简要地论 钢中残余元素的行为及其对钢性能的影响,主要内容有钢中残余元素的来源,残余元素在铸锭过程中的凝固偏析和偏处理时的晶界偏析,残余元素在热加工过程中表面热脆现象中的作用,残余元素在钢的第二类回火脆性现象中的作用,残余元素对钢材耐蚀性能,应变时效行为的影响,以及抑制晶粒长大的作用等,最后提出了纯净钢 我国钢铁工业面临的重大项目。

Abstract:This paper discusses briefly the behavior of residual elements in steel and their effect on property of steel.The contents include:the source of residual elements in steel;solidification segregation or grain boundary segregation of residual elements during casting or heat treatment;the effect of residual elements on the surface hot shortness,the second temper brittleness,the corrosion resistance,strain aging and inhibition on grain growth.At last,it is pointed out that the production clean steel should be one of important projects for China Steel Industry in the future.
