| 摘 要： | 通过对电弧炉从出钢到浇注各阶段影响钢水温度因素的研究，建立了钢水传热数学模型，分析了钢水温度和包衬温度的变化规律，模型计算结果与抚钢四炼钢现场实测值吻合较好，为生产中钢水温度的合理控制提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | A mathematical model for heat transfer from the molten steel has been established with the factors, which affect the temperature drop of molten steel. The temperature change of molten steel and lining was analyzed. There is a relatively good agreement between calculated and measured results. The model is the basis of controlling the molten steel temperature. |
