GCr15控制轧制新工艺的模拟研究

摘    要:用热扭转试验机,实现了热变形模拟轴承钢控制轧制工艺。研究了形变过程中所发生的静态和动态软化过程,观察了形变后的组织,证实在生产过程中实现的可能性,为在生产中推广使用提供了科学依据。

Abstract:The simulation of controlled hot rolling process of bearing steel(GCr15) has been realized by use of hot torsion test equipment.By means of studying the static and dynamic softening process in the hot deformation process and the microstructure after hot deformation,the new controlled rolling process has been proved to be possible in the real production.
