高炉铜冷却壁传热分析

摘    要:利用自行开发的冷却器计算机软件,计算了铜冷却壁温度场。计算结果表明:铜冷却壁能够有效地降低炉内一侧冷却壁热面温度,使其表面能够迅速凝固一层渣铁壳,从而减小炉墙热量损失和延长冷却器寿命,最终延长高炉寿命。

Abstract:In this paper, a computer software for cooling stave calcuation is applied to estimate the temperature field in copper stave. The results show the temperature of the hot surface is effectively decreased on copper stave, and the slag skull is formed on the stave easily. The slag skull protects the stave from the heat attack in blast furnace, reduces the heat loss of blast furnace and prolongs the stave campaign. As a result, the copper stave can prolong blast furnace campaign.
