济钢常用铁矿石烧结基础特性的研究

摘    要:介绍了利用微型烧结试验装置,研究铁矿石烧结基础特性的一种新方法。采用微型烧结法,研究了济钢常用铁矿石的同化性、流动性、铁酸钙生成特性和粘结相的强度等特性。试验结果表明,不同铁矿石的烧结基础特性各不相同。铁矿石的烧结基础特性,不仅与焙烧温度、焙烧气氛和碱度等因素有关,而且与铁矿石自身性质(如致密程度,结晶水含量,MgO、SiO2、Al2O3含量和FeO含量等)有关。

Abstract:A new method to study sintering basic characteristics with compact sintering test equipment is introduced The characteristics of iron ore used in Jigang currently including the assimilability, liquid phase fluidity, CF producing ability and concretion strength were studied by this method The experiment results show that the sintering characteristics of different iron ores are different The sintering fundamental characteristics are affected not only by external factors like basicity, boasting temperature and atmosphere but also by ore own characteristics such as dense degree, as well as contents of MgO, SiO 2, Al 2O 3,FeO,crystal water
