摘    要:总结了19世纪最后20年我国钢铁工业节能降耗的显著成绩。我国钢铁工业的节能成就,其中一半靠直接节能,一半靠间接节能;我国吨钢能耗与发达国家的主要差距是矿钢比和铁钢比高、电炉和轧钢工序能耗高;钢铁工业结构优化是降低钢比系数,进而降低吨钢能耗的根本途径。预测2005年我国大中型钢铁企业吨钢能耗将达到国际先进水平。

Abstract:The prominent achievement of energy saving in Chinese steel industry is summarized for last 20 years in the 20th Century. The half of energy saving result is due to direct energy saving, and the other due to indirect energy saving. the energy consumption per ton crude steel in China is higher than that in developed countries because of higher ore to steel ratio, hot metal to steel ratio, and higher unit energy consumption of EAF steel and rolled products. The structure optimization is ultimate approach to decreasing are and hot metal to steel ratio and energy consumption per ton crude steel. It is predicted that the energy consumption per ton crude steel at large and medium steel enterpriese in China will reach the international advanced level in the year 2005.
