摘    要: 根据某企业以红土镍矿为高炉配矿,因此铁水、钢水中含镍铬元素的特点,提出充分利用镍、铬元素的强化作用开发HRB400E级高强抗震钢筋的研究思路。通过实验室试验,研究了在20MnSi的基体上镍、铬元素的作用规律,优化了钢筋中的镍、铬质量分数。开发的HRB400E级含镍、铬钢筋,镍、铬元素质量分数均为0.2%,力学性能完全满足国家标准的要求,并且无需添加铌(钒)等其他微合金元素。

Abstract:There are residual Ni and Cr elements in hot metal and steel, as lateritic nickel ore is used as one of blast furnace raw material. A new kind of HRB400E grade high-strength anti-seismic reinforcement bar is developed by making full use of residual Ni/Cr elements in steel. Based on 20MnSi steel, Ni/Cr effects on rebar’s mechanical properties were studied and Ni/Cr content in rebar is optimized. Both Ni and Cr content are 0.2% in new type HRB400E grade rebar. Without adding other micro-alloying elements, such as Nb or V, rebar’s properties could meet the requirements of China national standard.
