摘    要: 针对冷连轧过程中轧辊出现的辊耗较大的现象,为了在提高板形质量的同时降低辊耗,从润滑工艺入手,首先提出一个能够判断辊耗程度大小的辊耗综合判断指标,然后结合冷连轧机组的设备与工艺特点,建立一套适合于冷连轧过程以辊耗控制为目标的工艺润滑制度综合优化技术,在不影响板形质量的情况下使各机架辊间压力达到最小,同时保证机组不发生打滑和热滑伤现象,减少辊耗,并将其应用到冷连轧机的生产实践,取得了良好的使用效果和很好的综合经济效益,提高了市场竞争力,具有进一步的推广价值。

Abstract:In order to improve the shape quality and reduce the roll loss, a comprehensive judgment index of roll loss is proposed, which can judge the degree of roll loss from the lubrication process system. Then, combined with the equipment and process characteristics of the cold continuous rolling unit, a set of work suitable for the control of roll loss is established The comprehensive optimization technology of lubrication system can minimize the pressure between the rolls of each stand without affecting the shape quality. Meanwhile, it can ensure that the unit will not slip and hot sliding damage, and reduce roll consumption. It has been applied to the production practice of cold continuous rolling mill, which has achieved good results, good comprehensive economic benefits, improved market competitiveness and further promoted wide value.
