高速钢高温形变典型组织透射电镜分析

摘    要:应用透射电子显微镜,对W9Mo3Cr4V钢高温形变典形组织进行了研究。观察和分析了其加工硬化组织及其亚结构、动态再结晶晶核、再结晶的微观过程以及和钢中形变时动态析出的相互关系,指出了W9Mo3Cr4V钢超细晶粒组织的获得方法

Abstract:Under TEM,the typical hightemperature deformed structures in W9Mo3Cr4V steel are observedThe substructures of the hardened structure,recrystallized nuclei,as well as dynamic precipitation,are investigatedThe relationship between recrystallized structures and dynamic precipitation is discussedA successful method for obtaining extremely fine grain structure in the steel is pointed out
