非牛顿流体冶金熔渣的流变特性

摘    要:用自行改造设计的可变速高温粘度计测定了熔渣在不同的温度和添加物(如煤,焦炭和CaO)条件下剪切速率和剪切应力的关系。建立了熔渣的本构方程,确定了流变特性参数,并探明温度和添加物对熔渣流变特性的影响规律。提出的测定熔渣非牛顿流体流变特性的方法和试验结果,为熔渣泡沫化理论的深入研究提供了一个新思路。

Abstract:The relation between the shear stress and shear rate of molten slags at different temperature and with different additives like coal,coke of CaO was investigated by means of a modified rotational viscometer with variable speed Therefore,the constitutive equations and the rheologic parameters of molten slags were established In addition,the effects of additives and temperature on the rheologic characteristics of molten slags were also determined The used measurement method for non newtonian fluid as molten slags and the obtained results could give a new idea for further research on the foaming slag
