| 摘 要： | 介绍了韶钢E36级海洋平台用钢产品试制的情况.通过合理的铌、钛、镍微合金化的成分设计,结合洁净钢的冶炼、合理的轧制冷却工艺、正火热处理工艺,成功轧制了60 mm E36-Z35海洋平台用钢板.该钢板从表面至心部组织均匀,晶粒度达到了9.5级,强韧性、厚度方向性能满足船规要求.研究结果表明:韶钢成功试制了以正火状态交货的...
