| 摘 要： | 通过对铁水供应过程中时间参数的实测和统计分析,发现了工序作业过程时间由正态分布经过威布尔分布向指数分布转变的变化规律。其中,复杂作业工序的过程时间一般呈现为正态分布或者威布尔分布,简单及可靠性高的工序作业过程时间一般表现为指数分布。提出了当前简单作业工序的过程时间分布预示着复杂作业工序的过程时间的未来分布规律,即向指数分布方向趋近的观点。

| Abstract: | By measurement and analysis of time parameters for hot metal supply, it was clarified that the time distribution is changed from normal distribution through Weibull distribution to exponential distribution. The time distribution of a complex process generally is a normal or Weibull distribution, and that of a simple and high reliable process is exponential distribution. A view is put forward that the time distribution of a complex process will be close to exponential distribution in the future, and it will be identical with that of a simple process. |
